Microvia High Frequency PCB Radar System Applications
♦ What's High-Frequency PCB?
High-frequency PCB is a special circuit board designed for high-frequency electromagnetic scenes, suitable for high-frequency (frequency>300MHz, corresponding to wavelength <1 meter) and microwave (frequency>3GHz, corresponding to wavelength <0.1 meter) fields. It is based on microwave substrate copper clad laminate, combined with some processes of ordinary rigid circuit board manufacturing, or made through special processing.
♦ Features of High-Frequency PCB
Special materials: Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), PPO and other materials are often used, which have low dielectric constant, low loss factor, and thermal expansion coefficient similar to copper foil.
Strict impedance control: The impedance needs to be precisely controlled, usually within a tolerance of about 2% to ensure signal transmission stability.
Fine manufacturing process: High design and manufacturing precision, using micro-holes, blind holes and buried holes to increase line density and signal transmission efficiency.
Strong anti-interference: Improve anti-interference and electromagnetic compatibility through processes such as multi-layer printing
